HALLOWEEN PARADE 2007

The Annual Village Halloween Parade in New York City was fantastic and just like the last few years, this year we avoided cold weather so that people could really wear what they wanted to wear and in our case we saw even more skin than we have before. The crowds were huge and early. The people who spend what seems weeks preparing will wear whatever the had in mind despite weather. This year was the first year that I saw the Witches in Bikini float, I saw Z-100 radio's usual sexy dancers float and the KTU but I did not see the Gleny.com float this year. Ironman was about and more Transformers. The news reported that this year more sexy outfits were purchased than any other year but what we notice is that they are getting more creative with the fashions rather than redundant so it's a outfit with a unqiue angle. The Halloween Parade is one Parade that consistantly comes through and does not dissappoint. There is always energy and the crowd is alive. If you have not been to the Village Halloween Parade before make a date for it and go earlier than 6pm along the route to get a spot because it will get so crowded that you cannot move along the street and getting off 1 city block can be hard if you are not aggressive.
